To return an item you are not happy with, it’s now easier than ever. All you have to do is drop it off at your local Post Office. In most cases, there’ll be a returns form in the package. Fill out the form and attach the returns sticker and pop off down to your nearest branch. 

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Making a return with us

  1. Repack your item(s)
  2. Use the pre-paid label on the returns note in your parcel
  3. Bring your package with label attached to your local Post Office

 Exceptions    

The following items cannot be returned: 

Any items which have been opened.

Any items which have been used.

Should you have any issues with items you have used you must report them to us immediately.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 5 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 days for the money to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

If your item is incorrect please accept out apologies, we maintain a high standard with our packaging and shipping, please contact us via phone or email as soon as possible and we will prioritise and resolve your query as soon as possible with absolute minimal inconvenience.

We will evaluate each returns case individually; in some case we may need further information such as pictures to ensure you are getting the best course of action. Our aim is the give you the best solution for you as quickly as possible 

What should I do if my item is damaged?

If you item is damaged, we do apologise for this incident. Our core beliefs are to provide high quality services and items and take extra precautions to prevent any damage to your goods. It is possible that damage during transit may occur We ask that you do not refuse delivery, instead accept the goods and contact us immediately. 

Refusal may actually result in a delay of the parcel being returned we may ask for addition information such as pictures to further evaluate your case. If such incidents occur please call or email us as soon as possible Please attach any pictures you have of the damage to the message. A member of our team will review the details and offer the best resolution to resolve your query.

How do I report a fault with my product?

Please accept our apologies if you believe there is a fault with your item, we take all grievances regarding the quality of our products seriously and we will need to examine and prioritise the reported fault in more detail with speed and consistency. 

In order to do this, we ask that you contact us via email. Please provide details of the fault and where possible attach pictures to your message.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, you just need to let us know that you have decided to cancel. The easiest way to do this is to complete the cancellation is to email us on sales@cosmetixshop.co.uk If you use this method, we will email you to confirm we have received your cancellation, or contact us on Customer Services team by telephone on 0121 399 0023. Please gives us 24 hours’ notice if you decide to do so otherwise your order will already be out for delivery.

If you cancel your order we will:

Refund you the price you paid for the Products. However, please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted to process your refund

Make any refunds due to you as soon as possible and in any event within the deadlines indicated below:
