Orders received by 1pm are despatched same day. Any orders received after 1pm will not be despatched until the following day.

We use Hermes to deliver our parcels on a 2-4 day working day service. Cost for delivery is £1.99.

Orders over £30 qualify for free UK delivery.

If you are not in for delivery then the courier will leave a calling card for you to contact them and re-arrange delivery.

What if I have a problem with my delivery?
